STEP 1. Select a product & delivery method: Select either “Buy Cylinder” or “Order Refill” and specify size and quantity or select one of our gas Cylinder Accessories from the marketplace. Choose between “Regular same day delivery” to receive supplies within 8hrs of order or “Express Delivery” to receive supplies within 45 minutes of order if you need gas urgently.
STEP 2. Select preferred brand: Choose preferred brand from the list of vetted and registered brands/partners and proceed to checkout.
STEP 3. Process payment via cash or eft: Currently, customers can choose between debit card, credit card, bank transfer, USSD codes, Visa QR or Cash on Delivery (COD). If paying via EFT, you will then need to transfer the amount required into our bank account (Order number and details in confirmation email) to complete your order. For COD orders, cash will be accepted when we pick your empty cylinder up for refill.
STEP 4. Track delivery to your doorstep: When payment confirmation is verified, we will dispatch one of our friendly drivers to you. For a refill service, our driver will collect your cylinder, have it refilled at our partner gas branch, and then return it to you swiftly.
